Terms of Use
This Terms of Use Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “Terms of Use”) sets rules applicable to users of the Twitter application “TwitPane”, the Mastodon application “ZonePane” and their related applications (hereinafter referred to as “the Applications”) provided by Panecraft, Inc.
Users of the Application shall review and agree to the terms of this Agreement before using the Application.
Use of this application
This application may provide the ability to access Twitter services. You will comply with the terms of service as set forth by Twitter, Inc. and are responsible for all consequences resulting from your use of its services and any content you post.
For Twitter’s Terms of Service, please refer to Twitter Terms of Service.
The Application may display links or content to third party websites or resources. You are solely responsible for your use of such websites or resources and assume all risks associated therewith.
The content posted on Twitter may contain offensive content. You can mute, block, or report these contents by using the functions in this application.
Please do not include inappropriate content such as violence or hate speech when posting from this app. For more information about inappropriate content, please see the Inappropriate Content in Google Play Policy Center.
Modification of this application
The Company may add, change, or delete the functions of this application, or stop or terminate the release of this application or additional functions of this application without prior notice.
We reserve the right to change the price of this application or additional features of this application without prior notice.
We may collect information about the abnormal behavior of the Application and its execution environment for the purpose of improving its functionality.
Prohibitions
Users may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or rent this application or any part of this application.
Users may not reverse engineer or extract the Application or any part of the Application.
Users shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the use of this application.
Warranty and Disclaimer
We do not guarantee any of the functions provided by this application. Any problems that may arise regarding this application shall be resolved at the user’s own risk.
The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the user due to the use of this application or the inability to use this application.
Revisions to this Agreement
The Company reserves the right to revise this Agreement as necessary. If you continue to use the Application after the revision of the Terms takes effect, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
